Gröt med kokosmjölk

40 gr oats
hot water
100 ml coconut milk /as much as you want
2 dates chopped
1apple grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp tigernut, grounded
(Mkt går bort enligt FODMAP)
Method:
Place 40 gr of oats, cinnamon and grounded tigernut into a bowl and pour hot water on top of it until everything is covered. Stir te mixture until the oats are soft. Add 100 ml of coconut milk (or as much as zou wish) and stir again. Add chopped dates, grated apple and hemp seeds and enjoy!
